- Fixed some gender errors in Betos' config regarding her collar fur.

1) Torso parts can now be worn with several more armor types (see below.)
2) Optimized some Mask and Tint textures, lowering the overall size of the mod.
3) Re-organized a few characters' asset packages.
4) Changed around the outfit names because i felt like it.
5) Changed parts with "Emissive" in their names to "EMS" for slightly easier readability.
