* Fixed all errors due to sun color and map fog. (Mainly due to source's vgui general crapiness)

* Added "Use Sun Color" checkbox.
* Added "Use Map Fog Color" checkbox.

Note: You can't have both at once. It will automatically switch the other checkbox off if you try to switch one on.
