Reduced the damage reduction on shamblers from 80% to 70% DR. Damage factors have been changed to slightly increase the effective damage when using flame/explosives. Should be a little bit less of a damage sponge but they're mostly still hard to kill while being moderately difficult to engage in melee.
A number of entities that had excessively high critical/dodge/parry rates have been largely reduced to lower numbers. CE has a stat multiplier on humans hence why they usually have melee stat ranges in the ~100% range. Non-humans do not, so setting their crit/evade/dodge to high levels results in incredibly high rates for these. Most still do retain fairly high values but not in excess of a level 20 pawn with a optimal weapon for that stat any more.
