Reverted Flex RPM changes

- some inexplicable bugs have been happening since update, so i have reverted the changes for now

Flex RPM Changes

- The phantom SM flex rpm has now been removed from all rpm calculations, this may result in slight power differences but its basically negligible

Low physics feature & Bug fixes

- Added automatic low physics detection, dyno maths changes automatically to keep accuracy
- Fixed bug with clear box on graph selected power not being big enough

Bug fix & UI change

- Removed bug where the graph would try to clear even though the page wasn't selected
- Removed advanced mode phase "unsynchronised" detection

- Fixed issues with graph disabling if rpm range is too small
- Repainted a pipe I unpainted

- Changed phase to be fractional
- Added bigger clear boxes to reset larger numbers
- Removed Count multiplier limit
- Fixed graphing and main telemetry bugs
