-Added SCP-049's Syringe Belt as a item
-SCP-939 will now visibly and audibly talk when getting spawned or when activating his mouth

-entities with SCP-682's adaption power can now adapt to braindeath and will get the power to reawaken and heal after a simple death
-the fire blast power can now be toggled in the context menu
