Added campaign check. The scripts will now only run on IE and IEE. Thanks to Alshua for showing me how to do it.

Changed the method of replacing the starting Witch Elves to Devoted of Slaanesh. Should in theory work with the Better Starting Armies mod now.

Fixed incompatibility with Building Progression Icons III and Dark Elves Tabletop Reskin. Both mods will now run fine together with this one.

-> Added a submod link to the mod page for Building Progression Icons III. All it does is giving the progressive icons to my customised Cult of Pleasure building chain. It's only visual and completely optional.
