At long last, I made a few balances and changed a couple of moves

Changed special - Heavy slam --> Roll
Changed super - Triple Swing --> Balloon Bump
Changed super - Triple Strike --> Reach & Grab EX
increased prep time for Spear
increased prep time for Whip
increased prep time for Flop
increased prep time for Swing
decreased initial force for slap, and added slight push back force
decreased damage for Reach & Grab's followup
huck now does damage and bounces the opponent off of the ground
