+ added Heat Smash to end your Devil state immediately
= made you start at less devil gauge in return of having more damage in Devil Form

you now have this Devil Gauge meter for your devil form.
some moves are now locked behind the form.
(I am looking for feedback for this as I am new to this type of thing)

+ added new move Kyogeki Goutsuiken
- removed Triple Kick to Roundhouse kick
+ added Stomp otg move
= made Venomous Torment an aerial attack

Misc and balance changes
- added a failsafe to Damnation move (it used to get screwed up when you did it near the wall)
- Thunder God Fist now has a small cooldown
- Hellsweep (Spinning Demon) first followups are made easier to do

(please let me know if there's something I screwed up because I probably did)

- changed smoking hustle to proper hustle (made smoking hustle only be doable through DI 69 69)
- made Hell Lancer followup Soaring Tempest be a toggleable option instead of being an awkward iasa
- Soaring Tempest and Devil Break now requires a meter to use

- forgot some other changes i made

- changed some animations
- made EWGF prt damage from 25 to 5


still waiting for Heihachi gameplay trailer

- i forgot, i think i redid some sprites?

- added an aerial laser
- air super is aimable now
- added a failsafe for grounded Rage Art if done near a wall (hopefully doesnt mess things up)



+ still can't believe Heihachi is alive
