fixed a bug that made black flashes not give any more awakens if you alternate cursed kick and cursed punch

reduced consecutive black flash chances increase:
for cursed punch: 0%/25%/60% -->0%/10%/12%
for cursed kick: 0%/25%/60% and no decrease landing a black flash --> 0%/10%/12% and decrease added

balance changes:
-finally added hitlag on parry (i didn't know what it was before lol)
-nerfed air slash to 6f
-faster double punch, less knockback but also less range
-punch with uppercut now has less knockback but also less range
changes:
-cursed kick increased speed, more range
-cursed kick more knockback and also applies knockdown, black flash applies hard knockdown
-now cursed kick applies awakening correctly
-hustle has been replaced with a fake dismantle, you'll get +4% BF chance at frame 20, but if the opponent blocks while you do it, you'll get 10% and also throw a real dismantle
-now arms attacks will also increase BF chance
