Fixed an issue with Mod Options where the applySettings function was pathing incorrectly. Options should now save and load correctly.

Attempted fix for multiplayer issue with icons becoming visible on player join without valid cause.
Icon visibility now updates immediately when settings are updated.
Fixed incorrect translation string for a setting with Mod Options.

Removed bug where visibility is slightly reduced while foraging.
