The Proper UBGL Update
- Added proper UBGL support to all ARs (now they use their original animations and ubgl designs)
- Improved 40mm ent and its counterparts
- Added the drill charger
- Added a new 40mm type (Buckshot)
- Fixes and changes on many stuff too
