Version 1.7 (Mar 25, 2024):
- Added 3 more textures for Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum (-- K1CHWA --'s texture, Blur.'s texture, and upscaled by me tigg's texture and normal map for it (original resolution was 1024x1024). At this point i don't even know who's texture is considered original and which one's a retexture lol;
- Corrected .vmt files and slightly reorganized Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum (now you first install .vpk file with required files, then select preferred texture);
- Edited the glowing texture for Colt King Cobra .357 Revolver's worldmodel (it was made out of diffuse texture, and upper part of it remained visible/unedited, which resulted certain parts of the model glowing in the dark along with the sight);
- Added missing "sk_item_ammo_" commands in "skill.cfg" file for Colt King Cobra .357 Revolver, Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum and Desert Eagle. Now you'll be picking up .357's ammos corresponding to the weapon's magazine capacity (6 for Revolver and Magnum, and 7 for Desert Eagle, 18 rounds in total for Revolver and Magnum (as in Vanilla), and 21 for Desert Eagle);
- Renamed folders in "Extras" folder to better match the content inside of them ("Alternative H.E.V. Arms Textures" and "Alternative Weapons and Textures");
- Fixed a typo in M4A1's .vpk file name (from "tiggg's" to "tigg's").

Version 1.6 (Dec 30, 2024):
- Fixed missing texture on M67 Frag Grenade's fuse on both view- and worldmodels (thanks to Bonk Man for report);
- Corrected .vmt files for M67 Frag Grenade and moved them to .vpk file with required files instead on being alongside with textures;
- Replaced worldmodels for Mark II Frag Grenade and M67 Frag Grenades by the original ones from Black Mesa Animation Revamp and its later add-ons (now they don't spark and smoke after you throw them);
- Integrated fixed Acoma's HUD icons for all weapons so you don't have to subscribe to the separate mod and to avoid mods compatibility issues, now it's completely standalone;
- Tweaked reload animation for all versions of SPAS-12 (during shell insertion you could saw thumb finger clipping through the shotgun's model).

And for some reason Workshop does not recognize and load certain weapons after subscribing to the mod (such as Glock, .357 Revolver, Shotgun and Tau Cannon), so i'd suggest just moving all .vpk files for these weapons and arms texture in "custom" folder as a workaround. This is a Workshop-sided issue and i can't fix that.

Mod Subscribe Fix (Dec 22, 2024):
- Reuploaded the mod, this should fix subscribing. Now when you subscribed to the mod you'll have installed default weapons and retextures. If you want to use alternative weapons and retextures - you'd still have to install them manually (all subscribed mods located in steamapps/workshop/content/362890, alternative weapons and retextures located in "Extras" folder), otherwise you might encounter texture and model issues.

- Updated "game_sounds_manifest.txt" file (added precache for few missing .txt files related to this mod), that should fix reload sounds not being played on most weapons;
- Renamed "Shotgun" to "SPAS-12" (to follow proper weapon's name);
- Grouped all changable weapons' required files and textures in folders (for easier navigation).

Version 1.5 (May 30, 2024):
- Mod reorganization. Now required files for Crowbar, Crossbow, RPG, Tau Cannon, Gluon Gun, Satchel Charge, Tripmine and Snark are located inside .vpk file with required files. I did that because these weapons are essentially unchangable and has no alternatives (except for few custom texture replacements for Crowbar, Crossbow and Tripmine, you can still find them in the folder with main weapons);
- Separated H.E.V. arms textures from main weapons (because they actually aren't related to weapons and needs to be as a separate category the way it is in Steam Workshop), now all H.E.V. arms textures located in respective folder;
- Removed repetitive "draw.wav" sound file from arby26's and Schmung's MP5s because it's already included in .vpk file with required files;
- Added missing Mark II Frag Grenade into .rar file with main weapons. I honestly don't know how could i miss it, so this whole time it wasn't there? Sorry >_<
- Renamed "Glock" to "Glock P80" (to follow proper weapon's name).

Steam Workshop Mod Release (May 29, 2024):
- Initial release (Steam Workshop).

Previous changes from older versions:

Version 1.4 (Jul 29, 2022):
- Slightly corrected mod’s script file inside .vpk file with required files (1st download file). When you were using any Pistol from this mod (Glock P80, CZ-75 and Beretta M9) along with vagrant’s Thanez HEV Replacement Pack - you could notice that Pistol’s firing sounds didn’t play in the game, which was caused by conflicting with custom script file from said mod. Now it’s fixed and firing sounds plays correctly;
- Removed repeating firing sound for CZ-75 (“fire2.wav” file) and renamed firing sounds for other Pistols (from “fire” to “single”) for proper referring to Vanilla and custom script files (changelog above);
- Integrated fixed and resized Acoma’s HUD icons from my own version of the mod for certain weapons (CZ-75, Beretta M9, Colt King Cobra .357 Revolver, Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum, Desert Eagle, arby26’s MP5, Schmung’s MP5, M4A1, Shotgun Stockless, Shotgun with Folded Stock, Mark II Frag Grenade and M67 Frag Grenade). I included only weapon selection slot icons, ammo icons are NOT included, you must install them separately;
- Fixed Shotgun's worldmodels (originally they were misaligned in NPC's arms which was very noticable). All credits for fixing Shotgun's worldmodels goes to XRGM1267 - X-RED;
- New texture for Shotgun’s viewmodel shell (watch textures comparison and screenshots). All credits for new shell texture goes to - Witch -;
- Reworked shell ejection for Shotgun. Few years after original mod release in 2013, game developers reworked Shotgun’s casing ejection from old “shelleject” $attachment with low-poly worldmodel shell and broken collisions to new “ejectbrass” $attachment with better worldmodel shell and working collisions (now empty shell doesn’t go past walls\doors\crates and reflects from them);
- Deleted carbine parts for sling on Shotgun’s view- and worldmodel (watch screenshots), because it didn’t serve any practical purpose and was just unnecessary part of the model.

Version 1.3 (Jun 21, 2022):
- Added semi-automatic firing mode for SPAS-12 Shotgun (for both stockless and folded stock variations), watch gameplay demonstration (2nd video). Props to Phenixtri for the suggestion, i never would think myself about placing semi-automatic shotgun in Black Mesa, now i'm thinking about doing the same for other shotguns in future lol;
- Replaced weapon firing particles (weapon_mp5.pcf) for arby26's and Schmung's MP5s by older ones (from mod version of Black Mesa). I did that because MP5's Vanilla particles and even custom ones appears downsized comparing to weapon's big barrels/muzzles, which isn't realistic, but now it looks better;
- Re-uploaded .rar file with alternative weapons (renamed some .vpk files to better match its content and original authors, no other changes applied). I'm doing this because i want everything to be in order, and also to pay homage to original creators, i'm doing this in lots of my mods, so you shouldn't be surprised lol.

Version 1.2 (Apr 13, 2022):
- Mod rebuild. Now all weapons and textures are divided into 2 categories on separate download files: main weapons with both original and alternative textures, and alternative weapons with both original and alternative textures as well), .vpk file with required files remains the same without any changes;
- Added fully working Schmung's MP5 with all properly working animations (from running to reload animations) and fixed worldmodel and clip (all credits for fixed MP5's worldmodel and clip goes to captainFill). Originally this MP5 has/had 2 separate versions of viewmodel (with fast reload with not empty magazine without bolt pulling and long reload with empty magazine and bolt pulling) because at the time of original mod creation, game's build didn't have support of 2 reload activities for various weapons. But now, after weapon's .qc file rework and model recompiling - both reload animations are included into one viewmodel (watch screenshots);
- Added original "single.wav" firing sounds for Glock and CZ-75, because when you used those pistols along with Thanez HEV Replacement Pack without that sound file - original firing sounds didn't play and Vanilla firing sounds were playing instead;
- Slightly changed reloading sound's timing for both M4A1s (now magazine insert and bolt pulling sounds are better synchronized with its animation sequences);
- Added back original worldmodel for Glock (the one from Animation Revamp) to better match the viewmodel and various custom retextures, because during mod testing and before 1.0 mod release, i put Glock's worldmodel from Thanez HEV Replacement Pack and forgot to replace it, sorry about that;
- Removed all multiplayer related files (all files with "_mp" suffix) from various weapons (Glock, .357, MP5s, M4A1s, Shotguns, etc.) because there's no actual need for them since this mod was originally made for singleplayer mode only.

Alternative Weapons Update (Apr 01, 2022):
- Added back main weapon files for M67 Frag Grenade into .vpk with alternative weapons (probably i removed them by accident in my previous update with MP5 and M4A1 changes, sorry about that);
- Removed M67's original texture from .vpk with alternative weapons because it is already located in .vpk with original textures.

Version 1.1 (Mar 31, 2022):
- arby26's MP5 model improvement by captainFill (added a whole new editable bone for bullet for proper "reload_long" animation sequence). Now magazine will be empty during long reload, which makes sense now;
- Edited arby26's MP5's "idle" animation sequence (it was a bit misaligned while switching between other animation sequences). Now amination changes smoother;
- Added custom firing sounds for MP5 (the ones from the video). People were asking me to add them, so here you go;
- Edited "altfire" animation sequence for both M4A1s (after firing the grenade launcher, you could see the same grenade falling out from barrel before you load new grenade into barrel, which looks weird and makes no sense, so i had to remove it from the first half of animation sequence);
- Removed unused sound files from both M4A1s and slightly corrected weapons' script files;
- Renamed some .rar and .vpk files to better match its content and original authors.

Version 1.0 (Mar 18, 2022):
- Initial release (GameBanana).
