The Remix menu has been added!

Eggs are now a tradable and are valued by scavengers at 2 units of value

Some bugs have also been fixed:
- It is always the same type of lizard that appears from the egg
- One lizard should always appear from the egg now
- When threatened, the lizards behave normally
- Tamed lizards no longer attack the player if he takes their egg (custom remix setting)
- The progress of the "Mother" is no longer the same for all campaigns
- Solving some other incompatibilities (hopefully successfully)

Fixing incompatibilities:
- Now you can spawn egg with BeastMaster
- Works fine with Inventory

Also now increases the progress of the "Hunter" and removes the progress of the "Monk"
