Big stuff:
1. Reduce size of trenches in mission file by up to 30x
2. Add area-based module for hiding certain parts of any trench
3. Fix object heights not working in eden correctly

Other stuff:
1. Improve performance when moving many objects
2. Use checkboxes where possible.
3. Various tweaks to trench generation
