Couple of changes

- Added a new move called Thrust. When initial hit makes contact to your opponent, you will dash forward for the second attack.

- Renamed Raijin Rakurai to Rumble and Flash
- Rumble and Flash now costs 6 super, faster windup, and damage "slightly" lowered
- Changed the fx of Rumble and Flash to look more like Thunder Breathing 6th form
