[v1.0.2] - 5/24/2024

Refactored teleportation system and added player collision handling

- Simplified teleportation logic by removing unnecessary position calculations and space checks.
- Improved error messages when target or destination players are not found.
- Added functionality to disable player collisions on spawn, preventing players from blocking each other.
