'Fixed some dialogues where npc wouldn't talk if they were an enemy, and also a few more dialogues that had a limited encounter setting

Added Farmer dialogues to all farmers - 10k.
More balance edits.
Some more npcs added, like cannibal hunter captain, samurai captain, shinobi guard, others
