update elvator cubemap AGAIN

nicer cubemap blending outside

new elevator interior

move ct spawns back

faster timings for Ts to courtyard
moved T spawns forward slightly

slight lighting changes
some clipping changes in outside

smaller inner entrance from outside
double boost possible onto the roof from CT side
removed silent drop from roof
moved door to courtyard CT peek room to be more like csgo version
added vent to inner
added squeaky door to T entrance to inner
changed floor heights slightly in inner to match the rest of the level
expanded B bombsite & redid interior
removed AC from the roof
