v0.1.1

- Fixed issue that wouldn't allow for created titles and certain types of titles specific to the AGOT mod to be effected by Custom Title Form of Address decision

- Most titles should now show the Custom Form of Address when used.

- Titles that will not show a Custom form of Address specific to the mod include various independent Kingdom/Empire titles - Storm King (Stormlands), Prince/Princess (Dorne), River King (Riverland/Trident), King/Queen (The North), Lord Commander (The Wall), etc.

- If there is a demand for these titles to be able to be changed I can further adjust to accommodate this
