Changes:
‣ Added fixes for the proportions & physics model for Dust's playermodel. You need to subscribe to this first to ensure that the fixes will work before subscribing to the required addon.
‣ Updated description & title to reflect the change from C_Hands Additions to Playermodel Fixes
‣ Because the proportions & physics were adjusted, this will break any saves that uses the original playermodel itself.
