-All pocket items' IDs are changed to prevent their textures from being used by pocket items from other mods

Hotfix:
-To prevent the dealer from being hit multiple times, now he gains short invincibility frames that can block shotgun bullets upon taking damage
-Fixed a bug that can change cards into modded pocket items on pickup and drop
