Added compatibility with Vanilla Xenotypes Improved

Added a check to avoid patching creep compatibility and romance if certain others mods are present. This change should allow this mod to be used with Way Better Romance and Humanoid Alien Races without any errors.

I've also made some of the xml patching a bit more efficient.

Removed some debug messages accidentally left in.

Updated a bunch of my terrible xml patching so it's less terrible. Forced Creep Body Types setting should now be more reliable if enabled.

Added mod settings menu and various toggles. Only appears when Harmony is installed.

Added ability for certain creeps to spawn as children.

Added compatibility patch with ReSplice: Core

Added several of the creep abilities as archite genes.

Minor error fixing.
