-Fixed grid detection for resource collection from rings (collection was not working correctly for larger rings).

-Updated save system to store Config info in Sandbox.sbc so that all planet info can be restored from backup saves (same change as was made to RealSolarSystems). Does not affect saves retroactively. Can only restore planet info from saves made after this update.
-Must now set <OverrideFromConfig> to true in Config when making changes.
