changes/fixes:
= Added alt: Inferno
= Chosen Abnormality pages now stay visible for 60 frames before disappearing with the unclaimed ones
= In practice mode, you can now equip any abnormality page at any time by pressing Up+Taunt. Use this to either practice with any of them or have fun with combinations!
= Lowered file size: 7.183 MB -> 5.049 MB

fixes:
= Small Bugfix relating to Blizzard and permanent invincibility
= If Roland has Furioso and is parried, it will no longer soft lock his Nspecial, and will instead make Roland lose one charge of Furioso

nerfs:
- Dattack HSP (Startup window) lowered, 4.5 -> 4
- When parried, Roland loses all of his prepared weapon pages (Nspecial)
- Dspecial stun animation now lasts for a shorter amount of time, 30 frames -> 18 frames
- Blizzard now gives opponents back their double jump

= Fixed an issue where Nair did not correctly have increased pratland after Uspecial

- Blizzard can no longer freeze invincible players (forgive me, it was an oversight)

= Uspecial now has 14 pratland when Roland doesn't input an attack
= Uspecial now has 26 pratland when Roland does input an attack

changes/fixes:
= Made an attempt to reduce article lag
= Roland will no longer descend on falling platforms if he is currently performing Furioso
= Roland no longer creates articles in playtest mode
= Moved Nails visual from above opponent to below
