- Reformat some lines of code to remove white space and to adhere to the bracket formatting.
- Updated the mod descriptors.

- Added a cool down flag in "ep2_wedding_events_ewan.txt" to make the event "0061 - 0070 To My Beloved GetRelation - Embarrassing older relation speech." run only every 5 years.
- Changed the flags for how your spouse appears naked at night.
- Changed the weight variable "current_weight >= overweight_threshold" to "current_weight >= overweight_value".
- Fixed a custom tool tip from always displaying to now only having a 50% chance of displaying.
