Minor comic text fix in Mysterious Call For Help to be consistent with lore.

Minor quality of life fix
- Kselis's upgraded flight, when targeting an ally, now shows where the ally will be dropped and is more consistent about where they are dropped.

Several balance changes for Kselis.
- Claw Swipe should no longer be a visible option when Kselis has his spear.
- Flight's cooldown is now correctly every other turn unupgraded.
- Spear Throw is now properly a standard action instead of an attack action.
- Kselis can no longer get other wings.
- Pogo Bounce is now a turn-ending action and has a cooldown of every other turn.
- Kselis can now leap over scenery and enemies using Pogo Bounce.
- Spear Strike gains a little more damage as Kselis's Bonus Damage and Potency increase.
- Spear Throw upgrade stunt bonus increased from +20 to +30.
- Kselis's base movement speed is reduced by 1.
- Retrieving Kselis's spear no longer forces an option; it just takes the spear.
- Some text fixes for Kselis's abilities.

Very minor comic changes

Should have fixed a bug causing job banners for Mysterious Call For Help appearing on the overworld, even after the event was completed.

Fixed some comic panels to adjust for new update fixing monster positions in comic panels.

Small update implementing a minor crossover with the Pet Monsters mod.
- The "Mysterious Call For Help" event will no longer trigger if Trava was shot down in one of the pet Archer's EX training events.
- In the "Mysterious Call For Help" arrive event, the comic changes slightly if Trava was shot down. This also prevents Vrsawl from being able to use Harass in the following battles.
