Made the following changes to make submod compatible with Barbarian Empires (Open Beta 2), which added 6 new factions:
- Added 6 new factions (burgundii, gaetulii, libya, picts, huns, and sarmatians) to descr_strat and made them unplayable and also dead on campaign start.
- Edited string_overrides/en.txt and added new BE Open Beta 2 strings.
