2.1 - Dice rooms, EID support and Fixes

• Single Dot (And Six Dot) dice rooms now reroll Pariku's stat buffs
  
• External Item Display mod support
  
  • Pariku's Birthright now shows the effect
    
  • Dice rooms now show that Pariku will have her stats rerolled
• Fixed dice rooms removing Pariku's hair
  
• Nerfed and safeguarded stat buffs
  
  • Damage is now capped at 50
    
  • Tears are now capped at 10
    
  • Speed is now capped at 2
    
  • Shot speed is now capped at 1.9
    
  • Nerfed tear rate buffs

2.0 - Birthright

• Pariku now has a proper birthright. Her birthright will make her have charm tears, and will make familiar items more common in item pools.
  
• Stat buffs have also been nerfed again
