Added logic that makes the item work as soon as you pick it up. Aditionally, fixed a typo that prevented this item from spawning at all (whoops should have tested that xD) and also added it to the ultra secret room because it's red

Fixed some bugs and made the code cleaner and added more comments

The item is now stackable and gives you a random tech item per Tech Infinity the player has

cleaned up the code a bit, but it is still a pretty pig WIP and has some bugs and missing functionality
