updated the race entries, making sure that all were marked unplayable and with human sliders (to be overwritten by mods/patches)

*Changed Thrasher + Thasher OLD sound back to Skeleton
*Added animation files entries to Thrasher + Thasher OLD
*Updated all races/race exclusions with applicable races (i.e. Human=sounds:human;landers/cannibal, Shek=sounds:shek, Skeleton=sounds:skeleton, Hivers=sounds:hive). In cases where both races and race exclusions occured simultaneously, only races were updated.
