update to 1.042 game version

fix LW HG division visual bug appearing in conquest .
adding sdkfz 251/16 D (flame Vehicle) crew.
add some new squad icons to existing waffen units

Adding heer skins for
grenadiers heer and panzer grenadier for armored heer squad ( squad with sdkfz251)
adding tank crew squad with waffen dot cammo variations
fixed squad icons

Added missing variants for :
Panzer IV ausf D , F1
Panzer III ausf H,J
Added Luftwaffe field division, grenadiers Herman Goring (after the Luftwaffe rifle units in conquest) , similar unit like heer and waffen Grenadiers.
edit Ostlegion squad adding variation uniform divisional insignia to Georgian / Cossack legion , adding MG26 to squad (value's and fighting skills are keep in vanilla)

Update to version 1.041
including new skins for heer/waffen units to last community update new German units , version 1.040 and above.
due to rollback issues to previous GOH version 1.039 an older version wont be uploaded .
