Mod fixed after recent SE update.
Refineries and Arc Furnaces are now considered different blocks and do not stack between each other.

Cargo Manager block was replacing the Programmable Block in the menu. Cargo Manager is now separate.

Refineries now stack items between them.

Any Cargo Containers, Assemblers, or Refineries with a name that includes the word "Master" will have all inventories of the same block type sent to them.
