* added the 2024 version of riven's link sound and distinguished it from the 1997 version (audibly they are almost completely identical, this is mostly placebo)
* moved the menu to the Options tab under Player, ratehr than Utilities under it's own category

the visual fade length now depends on the sound.
added mostly because my logo sound was alot longer than the myst link sounds it was inspired by;
but also so that custom sounds will still look good.
