updated mosin names to be accurate to 0.14.x (hardcoded instead of actual ellipsis system, idk why but it just doesnt follow regular name-cutting rules)

Removed seemingly useless return false (i hope this wont bite me in the ass)
New null texture (its doge because that's what tarkov uses and also to just make it more apparent its a missing texture without it being the shitty black and purple default one)
