- Revise the Stalin Constitution gives Rykov the ability to form/join factions

4/10:
- Reworked and added new branches to NEP to make it more competitive with FYP
- 2 new Bukharin + Rykov focuses
- Changed Debates, Not Factions to Broaden the Party and shortened initial Zinov/Kamen focuses
- Made 'Liberate Ryutin' give extra coup chance and political power
- Return Democracy to the Party now allows you to choose a new leader
- Added a hidden Right Opposition Trotsky path based on above, which is weaker than LeftOpp Trotsky

Changes and expansion to the mod; unlikely to break any current games but the new icons can sometimes be funky appearing in old savegames.

- Reworked path to make it cleaner and more clear.
- 2 new right-wing focuses and 2 new left-wing focuses
- Several extra focuses such as 'International Intellectuals' or 'Rearm the Republic'
- Reform Republic shortened to 35 days and bypasses a few of the religious focuses.
Left Opposition:
- 3 unique focuses for Smirnov as leader; focuses on spycraft and peasant economy
- 3 new general focuses for Left Opp focusing on military & military industry/tech
Right Opposition:
- Added one more NEP focus for resources
Shared:
- Fleshed out Kamenev and Zinovyev paths with 3 new focuses
- Buffed the autonomous Soviet republics path
- Reworked the humanist path
