v1.3 Fixed underwater forts and PD.

No new version, simply forgot some of the soulslay weapons to replace... but slain souls now rise as a soulless.

v1.2 soulslay weapon was a bit oppressive, switched it to the far less impressive soul slayed affliction. Still good against immortals, a little less nuts.

v1.1 fixed the missing weapon on Sga'na pretender chassis.

v1.0 Fixed the promotion shapes on the infantry, tweaked gold cost on a few units.

v0.9 release, fully functional but will expand roster in the future. E.g. more pretenders and heroes.
