Fixed some incorrect values for settings. (Slightly now matches the former '25%' setting.)

The default setting for Fecund has been changed to 'Moderate'.

Added game rules. By default, fecund and physical traits now have a more subtle effect on appearance.

Also, added support for Gamerule Gadget which enables changing game rules during ongoing game.

Save compatible.
