Fixed ConVars and added new ones. (Thanks to KEKSQUAD for telling me how to make them not horrible)
Hunger system tweaks.
Fish models no longer need CS:S (See required addons)
Fish nutrition is based on fish size.
Spear can now sometimes catch junk props.
