added bo3 crawling animations for a vmanip themed birthday

Added iw power on gesture, if you have vmanip it should just work tm

added a perk bottle using animations and sounds from stalker 2, re-rigged to just a perk bottle :D

currently its got fucked up rigging and im too unbothered by it (lazy) right now to actually fix that so that'll be fixed later if i can find out a way to get a rig into blender
