hopefully fixed reserve not having icons, also added owlies new fizz perk icon set @ moo please add it

ALL the perk bottles use the new fox system, have their proper fizz positions, & have been reorganized.

The vangriddy goblet FINALLY has a world model
Bo1 bottles were improved
Bo2 bottles no longer use emissives, this is both because i think it looks better & its more accurate to the game
CW cans have temporary textures

the gobblegum, candy, & goblet will be using the wrong textures for a minute until i feel obligated to fix them

made even more adjustments to the perk cans, thanks to fox

added missing cosmo icons for some sets and renamed other cosmo icons to line up with the internal name

some server stuff, cans will be broken for a bit sorry
