It’s now possible to choose your government as you move from tribal/nomadic to feudal/range/kinship
It’s now possible to change government between Feudal/Range/Kinship, as well as reform Eurekan Bureaucracy, Imperial Bureaucracy or Ayllu if you have an empire, as long as you have the right traits or cultural/religious traits and support from your realm. (High Republics already had these options before)
Brazil now starts as a De Jure empire, with bonuses/penalties related to realm size. Upon collapse (which happens at 125 holdings now) it will cease to exist on both de facto and de jure, and the old regional empires will re-emerge until Brazil is reforged.
