New 80% Gold Shields for infantry units.

I noticed Dwarf Doomseekers are quite a bit larger in size than regular Dwarfs. Increased their HP and strength accordingly and gave them a new info bullet point: Big (for a Dwarf) - "Though not known for towering statures (to put it mildly) the stoutness of Dwarfs is well respected, and these Dawi are the biggest and burliest of them all"

A note on HP: HP is consistent per entity rather than a balancing mechanic. For example all human units of Bretonnia, Empire and Cathay have the same HP per soldier. The health of infantry and riders are divided into four tiers.

Tier 1 - 60 HP: Goblins, Skaven Slaves, Skinks, Ungors and similar size entities.

Tier 2 - 70 HP: Humans, Dwarfs, Elves, Clan Rats, Red Crested Skinks.

Tier 3 - 80 HP: Orcs, Doomseekers, Gors, Norscans and bigger Kislevites, Saurus Braves, Storm Vermin.

Tier 4 - 90 HP: Orc Big 'Uns, Black Orcs, Plaguebearers, Forsaken, Saurus Warriors, Bestigors.

Mounts and monsters each have separate HP tier systems. Attack strength is also based on an entity tier system but does not necessarily correlate with HP.

Daemonic units have 20% magic resistance, Khornate daemons having an additional 50% fire resistance.

Tzeentch Screamers have a 40 unit count in line with monstrous cavalry. Tzeentch Flamers have a 16 unit count up from 12. Tzeentch Exalted Flamers and Burning Chariots are no longer single entities and have a 4 unit count.

Stat normalization:

Standard infantry have a melee base (MA/MD) of 25/25. Less skilled infantry like archers have 20/20. Skilled more elite infantry 30/30. Two handed weapons add +10 MA, shields +10 MD, dual weapons +5 MA/+5 MD. Monstrous infantry base is 40/10. Cavalry base is 25/10. Monstrous single entity base is 60/0.

Example:

1. Empire Spearmen have the standard infantry base of 25/25. Their shield adds +10 MD for a total base stat of 25/35.

2. Ogre Warriors (Dual Swords) have the monstrous infantry base of 40/10. Their dual swords add +5 MA/+5 MD for a total base stat of 45/15.
