1) Implemented dual OS usage [x86 (32bit) & x64 (64bit)];
2) Info on Hotkeys L (Labs) and O (Oil);
3) Added Ranks and Medals Stats sent in Discord;
4) Fixed Russian Medals in Cyrillic sent in Discord;
5) Balanced the algorithm that distributes Infrastructure and Resources at the start of the Campaign (subject to remote testing);
6) Improved the creation of Battalions (Player & AI) at the start of the Campaign which will depend on what was elaborated in point 5.

2) Reactivated Drag & Drop in the Map;
3) Warehouse Movement Range now depends on the Level of the starting Region;
4) Added the hotkey E to view completely empty Regions;
5) Custom Battalions now have a maximum Preparation time of half a day;
6) When accessing the HQ, the client pauses;
7) The Player's Support Battalions, in case of defeat, are no longer eliminated, but update their losses and suffer a Supply 4 times greater;
8) In AAR (AfterActionReport) the annihilated Battalion will no longer be displayed;
9) The initial HOTKEYS message has been eliminated;
10) Now that in case of an AI attack, the Player can choose any Support Battalions if available;
11) The presence of at least 1 Officer in the attacking (or defending) Battalion allows you to obtain all the Support Battalions if available;
12) The presence of each Fuel Truck in the Battalion reduces fuel consumption during travel by 12% (max. 48%).
