Added Sam and Jade!

Added Text-to-Speech for when you wear his models (thanks to GMod-TTS)! Fixed problem with the Custom Kinito's animations.

Added original Kinito model port! Comes with the same stuff the custom one has; ragdoll, playermodel, NPCs.

Added proper ragdoll support for the playermodel, initial addition of posable ragdoll, initial addition of NPCs.

I am a professional. (Hopefully fixed the only current Lua script that I somehow managed to screw up)
