RSGEXP physics has been updated, trying to fix a clipping through the track issue.

RSGEXP slider's physics were updated, they are way more stable and server performance friendly, from the last tests this bogie could performance way better than the previous version. This is still being tested on various servers and singleplayer sessions for real improvement.
