Balanced Adjustments for a few classes
XCOM Rows done for most classes (Some are still in progress but functional) Will be looking for active feedback on additions/removals/changes to XCOM Rows now (Sometimes its hard for me to come up with stuff for xcom rows, other times i straight up forget about abilities cus their are so many)
A bunch of localization

This update might appear minor but it was a lot of background stuff so a bigger update then it looks
Still got a lot more to do though

Frost Technician is now released with a ton of custom gremlin abilities. Their are some issues that i gotta fix up but releasing it for now. Gonna be working on clean up/localization/xcom rows and more as frost technician is the LAST playable advent for 1.0 release. So its gonna be purely clean up/fixes/adjustments until i feel 1.0 is ready, Gonna try to get a bunch of QoL like "IsModActive" code so i can reduce the amount of required mods etc

Frost Captain has now been added as an available Unit and can be obtained from missions and gatecrasher like the other available advent.

Advent Units can now have Soldier Bonds. Unfortunately this will only apply to newly obtained advent units, currently obtained advent units will show "No Compatability"

Advent Units now benefit from Mutons Warcry

Nerfed Base Health of a bunch of Advent Units

Gave Pathfinder Hunter and Raptor Commando, Aim Growth equal to sharpshooters

Advent Units can no longer roll The Gift

Fixed a Typo that made it so XCOM rows on advent units were not being randomized, Did a small amount of xcom row adjustments on a few of the classes. Many of them still have pretty small/lackluster xcom rows I still need to work on.

More Localization,
Normalized Advent Weapons Damage Ranges and Tables, The Clamped Damage ranges were to strong so they are now equivalent to XCOM weapons

Got Some Localization Done, Put Some placeholder abilities onto trees that had missing perks, fixed some weapon range and damage tables
Still got a lot of localization and other stuff done.

Pathfinder Hunter Stun Mine is lazily just granting 1 XCOM stun mine for now until i can get the custom stun mine working, upgrades grant an additional mine. Still tryna figure out their hunters mark.

Figured out how to give them the Xpad and allow them to hack objectives, All advent should be able to hack now, any that dont should be reported as a bug (but double check if you have most recent update b4 reporting though)

gave them all generic xcom rows temporarily, might be some duplicates, but shouldnt have melee abilities on non melee classes anymore
