Fixes:
- Clipping on the Panzer Grenadiers' (Smock Uniforms) left arm in both TPS and FPS when holding certain weapons
- Removed shoulder ranks on Dixon's uniform to accommodate alternate rank patches provided by a faction
- Fixed Normal maps on US Uniform and US Medic Uniform that were showing indentations of a rank that wasn't there
