V1.1 changelog:
- changed main culture to Hellenic (subculture remain Jewish)
-fixed edicts causing crash
-fix Jewish culture descending in Jerusalem

update V1.0 changelog
- added 3 new faction traits and one region trait as following:
The People Of The Book: + 10% research rate.
Hard To Become A Jew: -1 religious conversion.
Guerrilla Experts: + 10% chance of successfully launching an ambush.
Jerusalem trait: +100 Jewish religion conversion. (seems subcultures need greater bonus)
- added some naval units (will add more in the future)
- changed religious balance in Jerusalem to 80% jewish 10% latin and 10% hellenic
- added new flag (credits for Subotai)
