-Added Diesel Hose Winches with basic controls to the Side wet bays
-Added pulley to Hoist for Sub tether mode and other hauling uses.
-Added Electrical cable to deck next to Mag all crane attachment.

-Minor tweaks in prep for Submarine add-on.
