Fixed issue with zombies hitting through the players arms while blocking with no weapon, made it on par with blocking WITH a weapon.

*Made Webknights Zombies react to players using shields by blocking their attacks like AI melee would. (This isn't a feature normally. The zombies will hit through shields and ignore blocking players hitting them automatically through them without this change made.)

I accidently deleted one of the variants of the "Rotary Cannons" from Webknight.

Fixed PBOs, still unsure why Webknights weapons aren't appearing in the menu, but oh well.

Added webknights "Rotary Cannon" into the mod after permission.

Added 52 variants of LAGO's, Webknights and a few others weapons so that the AI can use them while not upsetting the economy.
